Hello, I am Todd Matthews. For almost 15 years I've been one of the GTA's top personal trainers and nutritional consultants. For the first 12 years of my career I coached clients in Toronto. For the past 3 years I've been improving the fitness of people in York Region, specifically; Newmarket, Aurora and Richmond Hill. I offer personal training in your home or in my Aurora studio gym.
I work with clients of all ages, with weekend warriors, endurance athletes and with people who have never exercised before. But mostly I work with people like you, doing your best to stay active, exercising when you can, trying to eat right, but never quite getting to the place you want to be.
No matter how fit - or unfit - you are now, and no matter how motivated you are, together we'll create a program that will get results. You'll be leaner, stronger, energized. I'll keep you motivated and we'll make it fun!

My Thoughts on Fitness and Weight Loss
